The Zamfara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed its heartfelt sympathy to the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) over a recent ghastly motor accident.
The accident occurred along the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway and involved some members of the Zamfara State chapter of the NUJ, who were returning from the Triennial Delegates Conference in Imo State.
According to the State PDP chairman, Jamil Jibo Magayaki, the entire members of the PDP State Working Committee were shocked by the news of the accident.
Magayaki thanked God that no lives were lost and prayed for quick recovery for the injured victims. He also called on the victims to see the incident as an act ordained by God.
This incident highlights the risks and challenges faced by journalists and other individuals traveling on Nigeria’s roads.
